Dave competed in his 36th National Championship Air
Races in Reno winning the Sport Class Bronze race
with a speed of 270 mph. This marked his 245th race,
more than any pilot in the history of air racing.

Dave enjoyed his annual visit to Oshkosh, one of his
favorite places since his first visit in 1979.
